Refund Policy

We at Al Furqan Academy promise that you will receive a full or partial refund.

The following return policy stipulates that :

  •  a five-hour notice is required. When a student wants to delay a lesson until one that can be rescheduled without incurring additional costs.
  • After paying the monthly membership, if you are unable to begin the study on time, the amount paid will be fully reimbursed; however, after the research has begun and the dates have been confirmed, you will not be able to recover.
  • However, the student only attended courses for one month while the upfront payment was for a longer period of time. The student is entitled to a full refund for the remaining paid term if he decides not to finish the sessions with us at Al Furqan Academy.
  • The student is entitled to a make-up lesson without compensation if the teacher cancels a class out of regret or due to technological difficulties.
Enroll in your classes throughout Ramadan.

In the holy month of Ramadan, it is desirable that you continue your studies in Arabic and the Qur’an.

We will consider your fasting, Suhoor, and Taraweeh prayer times at the Al Furqan Academy and avoid holding lessons when you are fasting or praying Taraweeh.

Just a tip: if you stop learning in general during Ramadan, feast vacation, and summer vacation, you risk forgetting everything you’ve learned so far, losing track of your timetable, and probably losing your instructor.

We pledge to act fast and remove any challenges you encounter. Additionally, we welcome any recommendations. Al Furqan Academy staff members aim for progress.
